What we collect
The name, phone number, product of interest and message you enter into the quote forms.
Contact details and correspondence when you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
If you consent to analytics and advertising cookies: pages viewed, referral source (including an ad you clicked), actions on the site (such as tapping a WhatsApp or phone link, or submitting a form), approximate location (country/city level), device and browser information.
How the forms work
The quote and enquiry forms do not send your details to a server. They compose a WhatsApp message from what you entered, and sending it is entirely your decision.
Once sent, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, run the order, delivery and installation process, and provide after-sales support.
To understand how the site is used, improve it, measure how well our ads perform and improve their targeting (only if you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies).
Cookies
Beyond what the site needs to function, we use no cookies unless you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
Until you accept, Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tools it runs are not loaded, no request is sent to Google and no measurement cookie is written. Your choice is stored in your browser; clearing browser data resets it.
Preferences such as language and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
Third parties
Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) is used for analytics and ad measurement. With your consent it loads analytics and advertising services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, which are managed by our advertising agency.
Conversations you start take place on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure.
Product images are served from the ikas content network.
Retention and security
Enquiry and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the periods required by applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
Access is limited to the team handling your enquiry.
